I am currently located in Cardiff where I am working and trying my best to crack into the world of food journalism.
I have always had a strong interest in food, and before university I spent years working as a chef in various different restaurants and delis where I learnt a great deal. During this time I believed this to be my definitive career path, but, after careful consideration, I realised, although I loved it, it perhaps wasn't the best fitting long-time plan for me. And so I arrive at food journalism; this combines all of my skills, passions and knowledge of food and I hope to be moving cities after university to pursue this career path as a food critic. I love high quality food and feel very passionately about various subjects in the world of food which I will touch on in my blog posts whilst also sharing restaurant reviews and some of my favourite recipes.
